Migration from non-methodology SV testbench to UVM

Hi,

I was using my own non-methodological system verilog testbench
last one year. Now I want to migrate to UVM.

1) Which is the best tutorial for jumpstarting to UVM?
2) I see video sessions in verification academy on basic and advanced ovm/uvm.
Is it mandatory for me to go through basic/advanced OVM sessions before
I do basic/advanced uvm sessions?

When I used the word 'mandatory', I intended to ask
will I be able to understand basic/advanced ovm sessions directly
with a working knowledge of SV tb or is it
better if I go through basic/advanced ovm sessions first?

Both presentations start from the same point in terms of prior knowledge, so please go straight to the UVM tutorials.
