I would like to monitor signals from a module whose signals are not available at the DUT level. What is the best way to do this? Thanks

Thanks, I just want to make sure that I understand. Instead of making an agent for the second module(where I am only observing the outputs) I should add this to the agent/driver that is driving into the DUT?
That is your decision. If the driver won't work without this monitor, it should be in the same agent.
